These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and MBIJackpot ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the MBIJackpot website located at https://mbijackpot.cam and all associated services, games, and features therein.

MBIJackpot is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by MBIJackpot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and MBIJackpot. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on MBIJackpot, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. MBIJackpot strictly prohibits participation by any person under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be requested at any subsequent point.
• Legal Capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with local laws before accessing the Platform.
• One Account Policy: You may only hold one active Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts may only be registered and used on your own behalf. You may not act as an agent for any third party or allow any third party to use your Account.
• No Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether imposed by MBIJackpot or any other gaming platform.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your details promptly if they change.

To access the full functionality of MBIJackpot, including real-money gaming and financial transactions, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, password, date of birth, mobile phone number, and such other information as MBIJackpot may reasonably require.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. MBIJackpot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. You must not share your credentials with any third party and must notify MBIJackpot immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

MBIJackpot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, or from your authorisation of another person to access your Account.

MBIJackpot reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any registration at its sole discretion without being required to state reasons, particularly where it has reason to believe that registration details are false, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.

By accessing and using the MBIJackpot platform, you agree to use it exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming and entertainment purposes;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia and any other relevant jurisdiction in which you are located;
• Refrain from using automated software, bots, crawlers, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in games or on the sportsbook;
• Treat all MBIJackpot staff and fellow Players with respect and refrain from any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications through any platform channel;
• Accept that all game outcomes determined by the certified RNG are final and not subject to appeal, absent a demonstrable technical malfunction;
• Accept that MBIJackpot's records constitute the definitive record of all transactions and game outcomes in any dispute.

Gambling is subject to an inherent risk of financial loss. MBIJackpot does not guarantee winnings and expressly disclaims any representation that skill, strategy, or prior outcomes are predictive of future results. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits and play within their financial means.

MBIJackpot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via a range of approved payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including BTC and USDT.

All deposits are credited to your Player Wallet following successful processing by the relevant payment provider. MBIJackpot does not accept deposits from any payment method not registered in your name, and reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard;
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from Bonus Funds are conditional upon satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement;
• MBIJackpot may conduct additional identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal and may request supporting documentation;
• Processing times vary by payment method; cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, while bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.

MBIJackpot offers a range of promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, and the Refer a Friend programme. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include the following:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the requisite number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms;
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game category will be detailed in individual promotion terms;
• MBIJackpot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable advance notice given where practicable;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including multi-accounting or abuse of promotional mechanics, will be voided and the Player's Account may be permanently closed;
• Birthday bonuses are subject to VIP tier status as of thirty (30) days prior to the Player's registered date of birth. Tier upgrades within this window will not be applied retroactively to the birthday bonus calculation.

MBIJackpot is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its Members. Gambling should be engaged in purely as a form of entertainment and leisure. The Platform is not, and must not be used as, a means to generate income, settle debts, or address financial hardship.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold within a defined period, after which gaming access is restricted until the period resets;
• Session Timers: Players may set time-based session reminders and hard limits on continuous play duration;

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MBIJackpot and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds linked to fraudulent activity, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to the Company:

• Registering more than one Account in any form, including under a different name, device, or IP address;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from exploiting a malfunction will be voided;
• Employing any third-party software, automated script, or bot to interact with Games or the sportsbook in any manner;
• Colluding with other Players in any card or table game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of systematic manipulation of the Platform's financial mechanics;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing any deposit without prior written authorisation from MBIJackpot.

All content on the MBIJackpot platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, audio clips, software, and game assets, is the property of MBIJackpot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of title and is subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of MBIJackpot.

Game content, including titles, mechanics, and visual assets provided by third-party licensed studios, remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by separate agreements between MBIJackpot and those studios. Nothing in these Terms confers any rights in respect of such third-party content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MBIJackpot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.

MBIJackpot does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While MBIJackpot maintains a target uptime of 99.9% and employs industry-standard security measures, temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, or technical incidents shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a Game — including but not limited to a server error, RNG failure, or display error — MBIJackpot reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the corresponding stake to the Player's Wallet. Any purported winnings generated by a demonstrable malfunction shall not be paid out and will be voided without liability to MBIJackpot.

MBIJackpot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change — except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your Account prior to the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance. A request to close your Account submitted after the effective date of the amendment will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page shall constitute the current agreement between you and MBIJackpot. Previous versions of these Terms are retained for record purposes and are available upon written request to [email protected].

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MBIJackpot is registered and licensed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Platform, you agree to first contact MBIJackpot in writing at [email protected] with a clear description of the nature and basis of your complaint. MBIJackpot will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction to resolve the matter. MBIJackpot's internal dispute records, server logs, and transaction histories shall be admitted as prima facie evidence of the relevant facts in any proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent MBIJackpot from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its proprietary rights or to prevent imminent harm.
